About Richard Gage… 600 Radio Interviews

Within a year he was besieged with radio interview requests and then TV. Most interviewers were quite pleasant talk show hosts and newscasters. Others were downright confrontational and didn’t even want to hear the evidence. They tend to hurl insults like “conspiracy theorist”.

A notable example was Kim Hill. This 17-year veteran of New Zealand government-sponsored Radio NZ looked Gage up and down as he entered. He noted, “I felt a chill run down my spine as she glared at me, taking in a drag of a morning cigarette in her stuffy little office. This is going to be interesting,” already wheezing from the smoke.

Grateful for every interview, and turning down none, Gage found a strange comfort that this infamous hit-piece interview with Kim Hill backfired on her badly. [1]

As the 36-minute interview started he became aware that she was not the least bit interested in the actual WTC evidence and was as well obviously uninformed about the official narrative of 9/11 itself. He persisted with the implausibility of the collapse-by-fire official narrative of WTC 7 as she continuously tried to peg him to any number of conspiracy theories out there including the moon landing and Dan Brown’s books, which she apparently hated. She even interrogated him on his  views about evolution!

She interrupted unceasingly with repeated attempts to undermine Gage’s character in what seemed like a desperate attempt to avoid dealing with the ramifications of 9/11 being an inside job.

This interview on public radio in Brussels, Belgium brought an extraordinarily large crowd to the event during the 2009 Europe Tour

Gage noted, “I managed to keep a cool head, informing her in no uncertain terms that she seemed to be putting up psychological barriers in order to avoid facing the truth. This was not received well.”

He had to admit that this felt like psychological abuse from a trained operative. Even then, he noted “I do believe that all in all, it was very instructive for me and for the listeners as well to hear, and Hill, (who is well known in New Zealand) demonstrated– that even a professional can have a great problem facing self-evident facts.”

As one listener put it, it was very obvious as to who was invested in getting to the truth of the matter and who was invested in obfuscation.
