A Plane With the Dimensions of a 757 Impacted the Pentagon
(with 30 min. Q&A)

David Chandler and Wayne Coste present the evidence for Theory “D” based on their collaborative work, drawing on earlier work by Jim Hoffman, Victoria Ashley, Frank Legge, Warren Stutt, John Wyndham, Ken Jenkins, and others. Their presentation is based on the research material they produced at https://911speakout.org/ under the Pentagon tab, which they invite you to review before viewing their presentation.
Their research focuses on the physical, photographic, documentary, and other forensic evidence. Testimonial evidence can sometimes be useful, but it is typically a starting point for formulating initial hypotheses that must be authenticated by hard evidence and rejected if found to contradict the facts on the ground. Hypotheses that rely on bare assertions, devoid of substantial supporting analysis of the evidence, are unscientific and contrary to the search for truth.
Their conclusion is that there is overwhelming evidence for large plane impact at the Pentagon and that the damage shows that the impacting object had the dimensions of a Boeing 757-200, traveling well over 500 mi/hr at the time of impact. Additionally, the internal consistency of the recovered Flight Data Recorder data and its close correspondence with both the radar tracks from multiple agencies and the damage path support its authenticity, and consequently the authenticity of the entire flight path of AA77 from Dulles Airport to the Pentagon. Furthermore, the research rules out the alternative hypotheses that have been put forward.

About the Presenters
David Chandler

Physics teacher, 9/11 Researcher
Founder of 911Speakout.org
David Chandler has a Bachelor’s degree in physics, a Master’s degree in education, and another Master’s degree in mathematics. He taught physics and mathematics at the high school and college levels starting in 1972 and retiring in 2012, working also as a free lance programmer, product designer, and entrepreneur along the way. Since about 2007 he has been active as a researcher with the “science wing” of the 9/11 Truth Movement.
For a number of years he worked with Architects and Engineers for 9/11 Truth and is currently the Coordinator of Scientists for 9/11 Truth. He is best known for his research into the dynamics of the building collapses at the World Trade Center, leading NIST to admit that WTC7 underwent freefall, even though they continue to deny its clear implications. Although Architects and Engineers for 9/11 Truth decided to make the Pentagon “off topic” for their purposes, Scientists for 9/11 Truth has no such restriction.
David worked in collaboration with the late Frank Legge, John Wyndham, Ken Jenkins, Jon Cole, more recently Wayne Coste, and others, in putting the study of the 9/11 Pentagon events on a scientific foundation and presenting the results under the “Pentagon” tab of 911Speakout.org.
Wayne Coste, PE

Professional Engineer, 9/11 Researcher
Founder of 9/11 TAP
Wayne is a licensed professional engineer with nearly 50 years of professional experience. He was awarded his Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Connecticut in 1977. For about 6 years, Wayne was actively involved as a volunteer with Architects and Engineers for 9/11 Truth, starting in the Presenters Team, leading the Congressional Outreach team, and joining the Board of Directors for about a year. Then, he launched the 9/11 Truth Action Project (9/11 TAP).
9/11 TAP’s mission is to build and mobilize a global grassroots movement to create a groundswell of civic support that achieves transparency and accountability for the crimes of 9/11, justice for its victims, an end to unwarranted wars, and restoration of our civil liberties.
Wayne co-authored a paper with John Wyndham and Michael R. Smith on the ethics, or lack thereof, of the official reports on the WTC building in a paper entitled Ethics and the Official Reports about the Destruction of the World Trade Center Twin Towers (WTC1 and WTC2) on 9/11: A Case Study, which was presented at the 2014 IEEE International Symposium on Ethics in Engineering, Science and Technology.
At the 2014 Forum on Philosophy, Engineering and Technology‘s session on Social Responsibility of Engineers, Wayne and Michael R. Smith presented Neglecting Peer Review: A Case Study of Engineering Ethics and the Official Reports about the Destruction of World Trade Center Building 7 (WTC7) on 9/11.
He also coauthored The World Trade Center Analyses: Case Study of Ethics, Public Policy and the Engineering Profession with Michael R. Smith and Robert M. Korol in 2015. The European Society for Engineering Education, after a peer review process, accepted the paper and published it in its 2015 conference proceedings. Bizarrely, he was refused entry to the conference and was later notified that his presentation was canceled.
In 2020, he stepped down from 9/11 TAP to research and discuss publicly the damage to the Pentagon and the implications of a large plane impact.
