This Presentation details the compelling, converging lines of evidence that the central fact of the Pentagon attack on September 11th, just as at the World Trade Center, is pre-placed explosives, which no (foreign) terrorists could have had the access to plant, and with a plane approach and destruction as the cover, making the official claim of what happened at both key locations impossible.
Physical evidence and eyewitness testimony clearly document that
- the Pentagon attack was not the widely assumed unitary event of a plane impact with resulting fire, explosions and internal damage, but that there were multiple internal as well as external explosions beginning as early as 9:30, when the official narrative, official radar and a Conference participant claim that Flight 77 was still dozens of miles outside Washington
- these primary explosions went off far removed from the alleged Wedge One “plane penetration path”, including one in Wedge Two at least 100 feet from the alleged impact point as well as in the two innermost rings well beyond the alleged C Ring “Exit” hole
- the official FDR and radar cannot be relied on and why
- a plane was destroyed outside the West Wall at/near the Helipad
- it was not the plane that left Dulles Airport as Flight 77
- it was smaller than a 757
- evidence suggests an ‘exercise’ plane under remote control ‘terminated’ by a remote signal

About Barbara Honegger

Barbara Honegger, M.S. is Co-Chair of The Board of Directors and Investigative Researcher of the Lawyers’ Committee for 9/11 Inquiry (LC). (Her conference participation is independent of the LC.) Barbara envisioned and personally executed the historic ‘Third Beam’ Spotlight projected into the NYC Skyline on the 9thAnniversary of Sept. 11th that became the icon for Architects & Engineers for 9/11 Truth and the 9/11 Truth Movement worldwide, as well as envisioned the historic Boston Tea Party for 9/11 Truth. She was also the strategic visionary for and played a central role with the Lawyers’ Committee Litigation Director Mick Harrison and former Senator Mike Gravel in achieving the declassification and release of ‘The 28 Pages’ of the Joint House-Senate Intelligence Committee Report on 9/11 which quickly led to the historic passage of the Justice Against Sponsors of Terrorism Act (J.A.S.T.A) that removes sovereign immunity from any foreign government that perpetrates or facilitates terrorist attacks upon U.S. citizens on U.S. soil, allowing for the first time in over 16 years the lawsuits of thousands of 9/11 Victims’ Family Members and Survivors to finally move forward in the Courts.
Barbara earned a B.A. degree from Stanford University; a Master of Science degree from John F. Kennedy University; and Masters level certification in National Security Decision making from the Naval War College. She has twice run for Congress from California’s Central Coast District, most recently on a 9/11 Truth Platform.
